Compare the scope before the number.

Two quotations can look similar and cover different work. Look for the pest concern, areas included, proposed treatment and number of visits. If the scope is unclear, ask for a revised written explanation before deciding.

Know who carries out the work.

Confirm the service provider’s identity and relevant credentials. A marketing brand’s company registration does not establish the technical qualifications of the operator who will attend your property.

Read the follow-up terms.

Ask whether monitoring or re-treatment is included, when it happens and what triggers an additional charge. If a warranty is offered, read its duration, exclusions and maintenance conditions. Keep a copy of the accepted quotation.

Make preparation part of the plan.

Check what you need to move, cover or clean, and when the space can be used again. Tell the provider about children, pets, food handling or other relevant concerns so the instructions address your actual premises.
