Something moving above the ceiling?

Scratching at night, gnawed packaging or droppings in a storeroom can turn an ordinary day into a constant worry. The useful question is how they got in.

Start with what you can see.

Tell us where the signs appear and whether food storage, roof spaces or external drains are nearby. Photographs can help the operator prepare for the visit.

Understand the proposed approach.

An operator can assess routes, harbourage and food access before recommending trapping, secured baiting or exclusion measures appropriate to the premises.

Ask what happens afterwards.

Follow-up should review activity and practical repairs. Closing entry gaps and improving waste storage matter alongside the treatment itself.

Before work begins

Confirm the appointed provider, proposed method, price, household precautions, access needs and any warranty in writing. Availability and treatment suitability are assessed for your property.

A few useful questions

Can I enquire about rodent control outside Klang Valley?+

Our priority enquiry areas are Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Klang, Seremban, Penang, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka and Johor. Enquiries elsewhere in Malaysia are welcome; provider coverage and scheduling are confirmed before an appointment is agreed.

Can you quote without seeing the property?+

Price depends on the pest, property size, extent of activity, access and treatment plan. Request an itemised quotation that explains the initial visit, any follow-up and applicable terms. We do not publish a one-price-fits-all estimate.

What if I have children or pets?+

That depends on the proposed treatment. Tell the appointed operator about children, pets, pregnancy or other household considerations. Ask for preparation and re-entry instructions for the specific products and areas involved.
